It was the Badwater documentary, what, 10 years ago? While I had a hard enough time wrapping my head around surgically removed toenails, living in a tent to run, etc, I think the thing that finally sent me over the limit was the freak who blasted his dryer's output onto himself as he ran on the trainer so he could simulate running in heat.
